I’m Christina, a New Yorker based in Los Angeles and in January 2019 I had one New Year’s resolution: Make sourdough bread. It took about 6 weeks until something resembling sourdough was made but through the process I immediately fell down the rabbit hole of baking. RoomTempKitchen started as an Instagram page in 2019 as a way to share photos of what I was baking, but most importantly, to remind myself: to check if I need to take my eggs and butter out before I start baking!
